Obituary for Wendy Michelle Flatt (Daniel)

On Friday, October 4, 2019, Wendy Michelle Flatt , was embraced into the arms of our Heavenly Father at the age of 39. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother of 8 children. She was a daughter, granddaughter, sister, cousin, aunt, niece, and friend to all who knew her and love her.

Wendy was born on September 19, 1980 to Wes Daniel (Lisa) and Sharon Pritchett in Montgomery , AL. She is the oldest of 5 sisters Candice, Jessica (Forest), Meagan, Weslee and Kelli Daniel. and a brother Michael Mull (Melissa).

With a head full of beautiful dark hair she entered this world. With her big, infectious smile and laugh, she has been leaving a lasting impression ever since. To her adorable pigtails and beautiful smile she began her schooling years at Alabama Christian Academy where she graduated in 1999.

She enjoyed snow ski trips with her family and church. Alongside her sisters, she would giggle and scream as she ripped through the ski trails in the trees. She loved to take trips to the beach. Among many commitments that Wendy was dedicated to, her position as Captain of the cheerleading squad was something she prided herself in. She created a bond with her classmates that was unbreakable.

Wendy had plans for college, but God had different plans for her life. She was blessed with the birth of her first beautiful baby girl , Ashlyn Kay, on November 9th, 2001. From that day forward, Wendy loved being a mother and continued to bless everyone’s life with 4 more beautiful children, Joella Alexandra, Brady Daniel, Cody Bryan, and Easton Tucker. Her babies were her greatest joy and her mission in life was to love them and for them to know they were loved.

Wendy was a strong, independent, driven, committed, fierce, loving, and caring woman. Raised to be strong...she wasn’t designed to fail... only to persevere. Her ability to persevere with a smile on her face Is what made her an example to all who knew her.

Wendy worked alongside her Dad, at Montgomery Lasik and Eyecare Center, to help grow and nurture her dad's business and she did just that. She never met a stranger. Her magnetic personality and strong work ethic generated a form of success that could not be measured in monetary value. She loved the people she worked with very dearly, and they were special family to her.

Wendy was the happiest she had ever been as she was welcomed home into her Heavenly Father’s arms. Her relationship with her husband Jeremy, and her new children Jeremy, Lily , and Asher as well as her own Ashlyn , Ella, Brady, and Cody could not have been better as their newly tied family embraced and welcomed the birth of their newborn son, Easton Tucker. Her life was complete and her heart was full and content.
